Vaccination Plans

When I plan my vacation, I always make sure to book a hotel with a gym and preferably a pool.

I set aside 30–45 minutes for training in the morning while everyone else is still asleep.

Sometimes I swap the gym for a power walk with my camera – it gives me exercise and the chance to capture photos I wouldn’t get otherwise. I also keep an eye on my calorie intake and burn, and I try to make smart food choices. That doesn’t mean I skip enjoyment, but I do it with balance.

My tip for you is to find your own little routine even on vacation.

Maybe a short walk before breakfast, or always choosing the stairs instead of the elevator. Small choices make a big difference.

That way, your holiday becomes both relaxing and healthy – and you’ll return home with energy instead of feeling like you need to start all over again.
