Healthy dish, with heat
Ingredients – 2 servings
- 125 g cod
- 125 g salmon
- 75 g large shrimp
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2–4 red chilies
- 1 handful Thai basil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- 300 g cooked jasmine rice
Instructions
- Cut the cod and salmon into small pieces.
- Finely chop the garlic and chilies.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add the garlic and chilies and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the cod and salmon and cook gently for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water. Stir gently.
- Add the Thai basil at the end and stir until just wilted.
- Serve immediately with jasmine rice.
