Spicy Salmon & Shrimp Fettuccini
A proper pasta dish with a bit of heat. Simple, honest food that does the job.
Ingredients
Fresh fettuccine
Fresh basil
90 g salmon
40 g large shrimp
1 red onion
6 garlic cloves
Red chili
Red pesto
Method
Start by sautéing the garlic gently in a bit of oil. Add the chopped red onion and cook until soft.
In a separate pan, fry the salmon and shrimp together with the chili. Let it get some color, don’t rush it.
Stir in the red pesto and let everything come together. Toss with freshly cooked fettuccine and finish with fresh basil on top.
Serve straight away, with a good glass of red wine on the side.
