Healthy Powerbars

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted dates (soak for 10 minutes if the dates are dry)
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • 1.5 dl gluten-free oats

Chocolate or Flake Salt

Step by step

Blend the dates.

Add the nut butter and oats, and blend together with the dates. Add a bit more oats if needed for the right consistency.

Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper and press it out into a rectangle.

Place in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Remove and cut into individual bars.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the bars as much or as little as you like. Use toothpicks to keep things tidy.

Place on parchment paper and add your toppings.

Once the chocolate has set, wrap the bars in aluminum foil and store them in the fridge or freezer – so you’re always ready for a quick, energy-packed snack!
