Ingredients
- 2 packs of bacon
- 1 whole fresh garlic
- 3 fresh red chilies (or 2 if you don’t want it too spicy)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 dl fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 dl whipped cream
- Black pepper
- 1 pot fresh basil
- 8 slices spicy salami
- 400 g Spaghetti
Instructions
- Fry the bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Finely chop the garlic and onion, and chop the mushrooms.
- Sauté the onion and mushrooms with the bacon. Add the olive oil and black pepper.
- Add the chopped chili (2–3, depending on how hot you want it).
- Pour in the cream and stir on low heat. Add the grated Parmesan and half of the basil. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Top with the remaining basil, extra Parmesan, and a few slices of spicy salami.
Serve with a good glass of red wine –>>
