This is how we do it in our family;
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken, cut into small cubes
- 4 potatoes
- 4 yellow onions
- 2 dl peanuts
- 8 dl coconut milk
- 4 tbsp Massaman curry paste
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp Asian fish sauce
- 1 tbsp tamarind sauce
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.
- Finely chop the onions and peanuts.
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add the Massaman curry paste and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken and fry it together with the paste.
- Add the coconut milk, potatoes, onions, and peanuts.
- Simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and salt to taste.
- Serve with Rice
