New Wine Review

Garzón, Uruguay

A refined and fruit-forward red with gentle oak influence. The nose offers plum, dark cherries, and blueberries, followed by hints of black pepper, cocoa, bay leaf, and a touch of black olives.

On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with ripe dark fruit and subtle spice. The finish is clean and structured.

Best served at 18°C, and pairs well with rich dishes of dark meat such as beef, lamb, or grilled steak.
