This is a very simple recipe that takes about 20 minutes. Insanely good.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (top and bottom heat) and line a 30×20 cm pan with baking paper.
- Press the gingerbread dough into the pan in an even layer. Cut the Dumle candies in half and press them into the dough with the cut side facing up.
- Sprinkle a little flaky salt on top and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, until golden.
- Let it cool, then cut into squares.
