Exercise W.24

Monday: Powerwalk 50 min, Gym 30. Mondays always a bit softer
Tuesday: Powerwalk 50 min, Gym 30. 6 machines + 2×60 situps
Wednesday, Thursday: same as Tuesday
Friday: PW 60 min, Gym 35 min. Not so heavy at the gym
Saturday: Recharge but 8 km PW with my wife and the dogs, First swim of the year
Sunday: Bikeride, 36 km in soft rain. Great power on the pedals

Sumary; good week with lots of different machines in the gym. Ended up with a shorter ride on the bike. Family first 🙂

Happy to loose almost 30 kg in 6 month and also built both muscle and endurance. Heartrate and bloodpreasure ok
