Ålesund in the Blue Hour
We stand at the viewpoint overlooking Ålesund, the city unfolding beneath us, framed by mighty fjords and towering mountains in the background. The air is completely still, no people in sight – only a cruise ship slowly gliding into the harbor.
As the blue hour settles in, the sky deepens into rich shades of blue, mirrored on the water like a living painting. Lights from the houses and streetlamps begin to shimmer, and the contrast between the gentle glow and the dramatic landscape makes the moment feel almost unreal.
