Finally it was time to give this beautiful bottle an evening to remember, Say hello to Quara
In the glass, the wine shows excellent depth and intensity – a deep red core with subtle violet reflections. The nose is expressive yet refined, offering layers of red berries, plum jam, and a touch of raisins. Gentle notes of vanilla and light toast from oak ageing sit neatly in the background, adding warmth without overpowering the fruit.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous, with real weight and concentration. The tannins are very ripe and rounded, giving structure while keeping the texture smooth. There’s a savoury, almost meaty character that adds depth and seriousness.
The finish is long, balanced, and harmonious, with fruit and oak lingering side by side. This is a wine with presence – bold but polished – built for proper meals and slow evenings at the table.
