Finding Balance – Food, Training and Health

Food

Good nutrition is about eating simply, regularly and with balance. Focus on real food: good protein like meat, fish and eggs, plenty of vegetables and a moderate amount of carbohydrates. Cut down on sugar and processed food. Eat so that you stay full and have the energy to train and move. It doesn't have to be complicated — keep it clean, moderate and sustainable over time.

Training

Training should be simple and done regularly. Mix strength and cardio — build muscle and keep your heart working. Walk a lot in everyday life and aim for a good number of steps every day. Do a few proper sessions a week where you really push, but don't skimp on rest. It isn't the occasional peak that brings results, it's doing the work week after week. Keep it simple, keep it steady.

Health

Health is built on simple habits you repeat regularly. Alternate movement and recovery — strengthen the body and give the mind some calm. Move every day and aim for steady steps. Add a few solid sessions a week where your pulse gets to work, but don't forget to rest. Quick bursts don't last. Keep it simple, keep it balanced for the long run.
