Our Review
A classic Côtes-du-Rhône from southern France, made from Grenache and Syrah. Ruby red in the glass, with aromas of cherry, liquorice, and gentle spice. The palate is soft, balanced, and easy to enjoy.
About the Wine
M. Chapoutier Côtes-du-Rhône Belleruche comes from vineyards near Gigondas and Vacqueyras in the southern Rhône Valley. Grenache provides ripe fruit and warmth, while Syrah adds structure and depth.
The wine is not oak-aged, preserving its natural freshness and pure fruit character. Expect bright cherry notes, a touch of liquorice, mild spice, and smooth tannins with a clean, harmonious finish.
The label features Braille, reflecting Chapoutier’s long-standing focus on quality and accessibility.
A true southern Rhône wine – honest, well-balanced, and made for the table.
