HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026

The first bottle wine this year is a Spanish success, Here is a short review of the Baron De Ley, more details in the Wine section –>

Deep blue-red in the glass, the wine sets the tone straight away. The nose is warm and inviting, with clear oak influence and layers of dark cherries, chocolate and tobacco. Hints of plum, vanilla and cinnamon add depth and complexity.

On the palate it is nuanced and well balanced. Spicy yet smooth, with dark fruit, cocoa and an elegant touch of oak. A confident, well-crafted wine made in a classic style and meant to be enjoyed slowly.
